By commissioning me for any type of digital or airbrushed work, you are automatically agreeing with all terms and conditions below.
This TOS applies to all work created by me. Please read it thoroughly if you desire a commission from me.
If you have questions, please contact me at [email protected]__☣ ☣ ☣☢ - I, the artist, retain all copyright to every artwork I create.☢ - I have the right to post and display all commissions on my online galleries and use them in portfolio and/or promotional purposes. Rights to the original characters remain with their owners.☢ - You may only use your commission for personal use. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes or for any sort of profit.☢ - Do not trace, alter, reference or recreate the original artwork created by me.☢ - You must ask permission to post your commission elsewhere. Post wherever you please as long as proper credit is given back to me, the artist, to any of my online locations.☢ - Do not claim that you are the creator of the artwork.☢ - I have the right to decline a commission.☢ - Failure to follow and answer my form will result in me not working with you. ☣ ☣ ☣☢ - Commissions will be paid through a PayPal invoice.☢ - Once you claim a spot it is yours until you state otherwise.☢ - I always require a form of some sort to be filled out. I can be scatterbrained and having all information I need in one form helps me focus on what needs to be done.☢ - Fill the form at your own pace but also in a reasonable time.☢ - Once the form is sent in to me I will go over it and give you my conformation.☢ - Invoices are sent after the form is looked over.☢ - I only begin AFTER the invoice has been paid.☢ - I do apply a service fee. This is for time, thumbnailing, revisions, etc. with the client.☢ - If you need extra time to pay the invoice, please let me know!☢ - I will only accept commission forms if they are filled out properly. The form is very important for me to have on hand to make sure I get all info right as I draw!☢ - I will only accept forms if you have a full and complete reference of your character.☢ - I will not work off of descriptions to draw/design a character.☣ Commission Previews and WIPS ☣☢ - On larger commissions I will note you a preview of the sketch for your commission. Only in this time I will make minor and simple changes, once you accept it I will begin to complete the image. Once the sketch has been approved I will not make any further changes or it will cost a fee.☢ - I will not make changes after the artwork has been completed.☢ - A sketch of any commission I am doing will be sent to you for approval. Excluding YCH's.☣ Do's and Don'ts ☣☢ - You may only use your commission for personal use. You may not use it for commercial purposes.☢ - Do not trace, alter or recreate the original artwork created by me.☢ - You must ask permission to post your commission elsewhere. Post wherever you please as long as proper credit is given back to me, the artist, to any of my online locations.☢ - Do not claim that you are the creator of the artwork.☢ - You can use the art for icons, signatures, wallpapers, personal blogs, ect. as long as it is non-profit and personal use.☢ - You may not charge for/resell any gift art or art I have completed for art trades.☢ - You do not have the right to mass produce the artwork. If you desire artwork to be mass produced you must contact me and gain written permission.☢ - My artwork in no way shape or form should be used in any AI generated "artwork" creators.☢ - My artwork is not to be used or turned into NFTs in any way, shape or form.If you have any further questions regarding the do and don'ts, feel free to contact me. If you would like to purchase distribution or other rights, contact me.☣ Completion Time ☣☢ - I try to complete commissions in a reasonable time. That time being a month at least typically for bigger commissions. If I exceed this time limit or think I might, I will note you and tell you about plans or what may be going on.☢ - I am busy as I not only do digital but I am also an airbrush artist which requires full attention and a lot of my time. This may push back time taken to complete digital commissions depending on how my queue looks.☢ - Clients always receive the full resolution download of the commission when completed. All watermarks removed except for my main one, which will be smaller and barely visible.

☢ - All payments for commissions are made in USD via PayPal.☢ - Please do not claim a commission if you are unable to pay within said times below.☢ - I do not do refunds.☢ - If you are absolutely unsatisfied, please contact me so we can work out a type of refund. I will not do full refunds as I have put in my time into the piece.☢ - Once you have filled the form and sent it in to me, I will overlook the information and let you know of my approval.☢ -I will let you know when I have sent the invoice. Please try and pay in a reasonable timeframe.☢ - Artist tips may be given when paying for the invoice. Any tips given will not be refunded.☢ - Once the invoice has been paid only then I will begin the commission. I will always inform my clients that I have received payment and that I will start working.☢ - I will not do large sales with those under the age of 18.
It goes against paypals terms for a minor to be using their services and due to issues in the past if I see that you are a minor I will not do business with you. If I find out that you tried to get around this rule you will be blacklisted.As stated on paypal's user agreement."For an individual to open a U.S. PayPal account and use the PayPal services, you must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence."☢ - I will not work with one whos profile is 3 months or younger.☢ - In the event of a charge back you will be blacklisted from all my forms of commissions and I will no longer do business with you. Please contact me first so that we may work out a partial refund if you are truly unsatisfied with the work or the amount of time it has taken for the work to be finished. As stated above, refunds are not normally given out so please keep that in mind. Tips are not refunded and a full refund is not possible as I have put my time into creating the work.You lose all rights to work that has been refunded.☣Payment plan details ☣☢ - Payment plans are not a normal thing. One may be discussed for certain orders, such as airbrushed pieces.
☣ OTAs & Auctions ☣

Same rules apply from Payment & Refunds☢ - Read and follow whatever OTA/Auction rules are listed in the Deviation description.☢ - Please respect the other bidders. Do not harass, guilt, or abuse others or myself.☢ - Do not retract bids. If I catch you retracting bids without first contacting me will result in me no longer doing sale-related business with you.☢ - If you need to hide/edit your bid comment, speak with me first and I will hide it for you. There is not a penalty for this if you tell me before the auction if over that you need to retract your bid. Please be honest.☢ - However, if you AB or if the auction otherwise ends and you back out at the last moment then:On first offense: You will no longer be able to purchase things from me in flat sales, OTAs, or auctions, but you may still offer other non-money things on OTAs and participate in group events and free events (raffles, dtas, ect)On Second offense: You will be blacklisted. I will no longer do any business with you and you may not participate in any group events or free events.Info on blacklisting below!Please do not bid if you cannot commit, please take purchasing artwork and artist services seriously.

☢ - I withhold the right to decline a commission.☢ - I may use your commissioned work for self promotion and advertisement across all of my platforms and physical display.☢ - I will not work with clients who demand constant edits and adjustments.☢ - I work at my own pace and work to always give the best quality work to my clients. I ask for patience as I never know how long something will take me.☢ - I am not only a digital artist, I also airbrush which takes up a lot of my time. Constant pressure on me to show WIPS is not appreciated.☢ - I may ask for a fee for complex and intricate designs. Such as multiple sets of wings, very spiny and detailed characters and multiheaded to name a few.__☣ Being Blacklisted ☣ __☢ - Blacklisted means you cannot participate in auctions and other events or sales involving purchasing from me, as well as group actives. You still own the art, but you can no longer involve yourself with me.☢ - You can make an appeal if you've been blacklisted in the past, this will be handled on a case by case basis.

☣ Airbrushing information/ Things to keep in mind ☣☢ - Every plate and panel receives a clear coat for protection and enhancement of the paint.
This does not make it invincible, always handle with care!!!☢ - Aluminum panels and license plates can bend which can result in the artwork being ruined.☢ - Every commission type above will be airbrushed by hand with paint. It is a form of traditional artwork.☢ - I have to mix and recreate each color of your character with paint accordingly. There may be varying slight shifts in their colors that cannot be helped.☢ - Backtracking to fix something can be a real pain with this work and that is why I confirm the look of the image beforehand with a digital rendering. For the most part a backtrack fix will require the entire piece to be redone. If that is to happen a large fee will apply or reserve my right to decline such a task.☢ - Once the airbrushed piece is in your hands I am no longer responsible to what may happen regarding bends, scratches, etc.☣ Pricing ☣☢ - My service fee is applied to airbrushed work as well.☢ - Airbrush prices vary from person to person regarding what they would like painted. There is a base price and extra charges expand off of that.☢ - Base price of $100 is to be paid upfront. This is nonrefundable.
This covers the digital rendering, time and all tweaks/changes as well as the prep work needed to begin a license plate. A digital rendering is how I give you a soft preview of your airbrushed piece.☢ - Pricing for the airbrushed artwork is officially decided by me after the digital rendering is completed. This is a separate invoice from the $100 base price. This price can be $130+ depending on colors, complexity and designs. More work goes into this process.

Total : $300☢ - Painting will not begin until the second half is paid.☢ - Refusal to pay the second half of the airbrushed commission results in no painting. You will not receive a airbrushed piece.☢ - If you need time before paying the second half, this is fine. You must let me know beforehand that you need extra time.☢ - Panels are more time consuming and are able to hold more detailed works. This will increase price.☢ - Pricing isn't just the artwork but the prep time, supplies and labor is incorporated into it.☢ - Complexity fees may apply for intricate designs.☣ Commission Previews and WIPS ☣☢ - A quick render digital sketch will be shown to you before any airbrushing commences. Once this digital preview is accepted by the commissioner then the painting process will begin.☢ I always provide a digital rendering before any sort of painting commences. Tweaks and minor changes can be made in this stage. Once a rendering is confirmed, all is final.☢ - WIP images will be given gradually at big steps of progress to completion.☢ - I will use the digital rendering as a reference. The painting will not be 100% exact as the digital. There will be some slight shifts like colors and some shapes (mostly fur shape/style)!☣ Do's and Don'ts ☣☢ - Avoid scratching the panel/license plate, you risk nicking at the artwork. Be careful when mounting it to a wall or vehicle.☢ - Posting pictures of the completed works are okay as long as proper credit is given linking back to one of my profiles.☢ - You are not allowed to resell the artwork.☢ - Do not claim the work as yours.☣ Completion Time ☣☢ - These types of work take more time to complete, keep that in mind when ordering this type of commission.☢ - Panels take the most amount of time compared to license plates though what you want painted can change that time frame drastically as well.☢ - A minimum of a month is the basic time frame, this time frame could very easily stretch over the span of a couple months, etc. updates will always be given as progress is made.

But the proper care is required to best ensure the life of the artwork on the shirt.☣ T-Shirt Pricing ☣

Heat will erode the paint faster. (Dryer takes lint from shirt; takes the paint with it).

☢ - Once payment has been made for an original artwork such as a one of T-shirt design, license plate or aluminum panel, all sales are final.☢ - After payment is made, I the artist is no longer responsible for what happens to the artwork afterwards. I will not fix or change anything about the artwork.

☢ - Please note that most of my sales are "Digital Artwork" whose "Intellectual Property" is purchased by the client, and in most cases, nothing is ever intended by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the payment method provided by the client will mark a transaction as 'not shipped', however, I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the Client and I.☣ Airbrush ☣☢ - International shipping is up for discussion. I will not be able to cover shipping.☢ - Your license plate/panel will be shipped to you via UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be sent to you once it is sent off.☢ - Once you receive your airbrushed piece, I am no longer responsible for the quality of the piece. (If it is dropped, bent or scratched.)☢ -
